Corporate Reputation Measurement

Hello all,

What tools do you use to help measure the reputation of your companies, and to measue how your messaging platform and media relations campaigns are helping to improve the company's bottom line?

Rather then using a tool. You can always do surveys to finf your companies potential and its popularity in the markets.

Yes I was going to say that we use surveys. Of course, we also talk to people in person when we can in order to get feedback and a fill for how well our business is doing and how well are PR and promotion methods are working.

What types of companies do you use for these types of surveys? Or have they been done in-house traditionally? Either way, can you walk me through some of the processes that you have done in the past when taking a poll to measure reputation?

I have never hired a company to perform a survey it has been our own survyes that we generate to find out how the public and our clients view us and our services. People are more than happy to let you know when there is something about your company that they do not like.

I have also worked for businesses that offered incentives for customers to complete surveys. The surveys often include questions to really find out how the customer views the company and how much control they feel the company has over customer satisfaction.
