Hey-

I am planning to move to Birmingham, England.  I am trying to look for jobs over there while I am here, but I cannot find any GOOD job directories (things like Craigslist here).  Does anyone know of places I should look, or have any advice for moving there?  What sort of things should I be thinking about?

P.S.- Another problem I am having is that fact that I am not moving to London.  Obviously, I know tons of big international firms in London.  Birmingham has none of these......darn.
